I liked it

I played it for around two days while keeping the browser open. There are a few things I didn't like, such as having to click the mouse to move and how bland some of the graphics were. I did kind of like some of the up close drawings of NPC and PCs, but some like the "Cat Lady" were terrible. The randomization of the loot was okay, but throw in a few more legendary items later on, no reason to play this for weeks on end to get a full suit of the stuff.

Other than that, great RPG staples. Took me awhile to figure out you could portal back to dungeons with the scrolls. Rogue was a pretty useless tree except for the tangle ability. Fighter was bad except for slice and dice. Regular melee strikes always did tons more damage than the special melee strikes. Healer was well balanced all around. Mage was kind of godlike, but that is never a bad thing. And the bejeweled-like game was nearly impossible to win unless you just lucked into a really good board at the start. I beat it in 3 seconds on one try because the first match I made went on a chain until Zombie King was dead.

Anyway, I had a lot of fun playing. It does need some extra work done, but I can see what your intent was and that is why people play RPGs. All of the right elements were there. Polish them up a bit and you have a real winner!

Great, but ran into a bug.

I was having a great time playing it until the part with the cliff... I picked the "plant" then walked back towards the area with the big flower... Then I couldn't move or access the map to move. I just got stuck in limbo. It happened right when the "plant" disappeared, so that may have been the problem.

This is really good

This game was actually really fun. It took awhile to win, but it was a nice little challenge. I like how you can win in multiple ways. The only negative I would say would be that if you bounce something high enough, the background clears out and you have this yellow screen, but I didn't think that was worth docking a point for. Really good job, I hope you hit frontpage!

Legendary!

Great to see the Dad Series in a game platform. Random violence, sword and chainsaw belching? Hell yea! It could have been a tiny bit better, but epic in its own right.

Utter brilliance

Youve hit something here thats incredibly great... A full blown game like this could sell... Big time. I know Im already addicted. Its such a devious concept... Man, copyright this asap. You could make a fortune. Im trying to figure out a game similar, but I just cant do it. Id pitch this premise to a big name rts maker, and Im willing to bet you could hit the big time... And again thats no joke. Barring all that, Id love to see a more detailed installment of this game in the future. Again, brilliant work.

Hell yea!

It may not look like much at first, but that game is fun! The last boss gave me a helluva hard time, the green bolts were coming out so fast I could barely dodge, and it took like 20 hits to kill him :P Congrats on a very good game! I just love it how the only "graphics" in the game are the explosions that happen to you no matter how you die. I love that! Congrats man/woman!

Hell yea! Thanks for the review :)

This could have been worse, but its okay...

This was a pretty good idea... except you messed up a few things... For one, you can skip the levels by right clicking anywhere on the screen and clicking play, and two, when you try to buy anything but the shields, it just didnt seem to happen. It is a damn good idea though.
